Mr John Harrod Staff Partner Harrods & Co. P.O. Box 2095 Sydney, 2000.
Dear Mr Harrod,
Ref: JH/142 Business Services Manager.
Your advertisement for the above position has interested me very much and I would like to apply.
As you will see from my CV, I am currently working for Mckenzie, Mcbride & Co as the Senior Business Services Manager. In my present position I am responsible for managing all business services functions for the company including supervising a number of staff.
Over the last year I have implemented a staff training programme for all intermediates and seniors in the area of taxation and audit throughout our company. This meant rewriting many of the company's procedures and in some cases creating new procedures. I successfully obtained my CA qualifications at the first attempt and now have a total of 9 years experience.
With my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest standards for clients and staff alike whilst also minimising costs, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company's management team.
I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss my application and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
 (Robert Montgomery) |
